Tobacco Cutting Machine TC-100 Plus with 0.8mm Sealed Ball Bearings

Our popular TC-100 Plus cutting machine is now also available with sealed ball bearings, which further increases the machine’s lifespan. This stable and durable machine for cutting tobacco leaves has a roller length of 10 cm. The cutting result for raw tobacco is 0.8mm.

It is specially manufactured for cutting tobacco leaves. The machine has a chute through which the cut tobacco slides out to the side. This chute is inserted and can also be attached on the other side according to your needs.

The wide feet ensure a secure stand. The existing holes in the feet can be used to fix the machine to a tabletop or work surface with screws. The machine is made of high-quality, sturdy steel, making it very robust and giving it a long lifespan.

The crank is also made of this steel and can be removed to facilitate transport and storage. The crank connection piece is a 6mm standard hexagon. Here, for example, a slow-turning cordless screwdriver or another electronic drive aid can be connected.

This way, you have both hands free and can feed the tobacco into the machine more easily. The stripping combs are made of high-quality stainless steel and can be easily replaced if worn.
